4. 題組 Problem Set

總題數至少八題，所有題目均為英文。
There will be at least 8 problems to be solved. The description of each problem will be available in English.

5. 報名 Registration

僅接受至多 10 隊國外隊伍報名。國外隊伍可直接參加現場競賽，無需參加預賽，但國內隊伍需通過至少一場預賽晉級。
We accept up to 10 foreign teams, who may compete in the on-site contest without participation in any preliminary contest. Domestic teams, however, must qualify by participating in and advancing from at least one preliminary contest.
